Too many teens in the world are weighed down by poverty, trauma, and lack access to the tools to put them in control of their future.

While many well-intentioned efforts focus on donating supplies or food, those solutions are often temporary. Once the aid is gone, teens are left in the same environment, still waiting for someone else to come and “save” them.

But when young people are equipped with the right mindset, mentorship, and support, something incredible happens: They stop surviving and start leading.

We witnessed this firsthand through THABITI, in Kenya, where over 150 teens turned their pain into purpose through immersive leadership training.

Next we're teaching Polish orphans from traumatic upbringings how to turn their trauma's into their power.
